In the cleanse group, I posted an article that I wrote on the Common Sense Order of Cleansing. You do that in order, you do it throughly.
You DO NO HARM ... learn about ingredients that are in things you purchase and slowly wipe the bad ones out of your life.
Eat organics, most of it raw.
Supplement with organic, cold-pressed, unrefined plant oils.
Get 20 mins of exercise a day.
Get 20 mins of sunshine on as much of your body as possible each day.
