- I have lost a ton of weight on hcg. My last injection was in September 2008. I maintain my weight by counting Weight Watcher points, eating only organic and natural food.
I practice yoga 3x weekly and have one standard poodle, named Callie. I have several guardian angels in my life for which I'm grateful. I've been married for, um, 24 years, I think, and I practice Buddhist and yogic meditation.

- Hip hop and R&B, yes, I enjoy this music, not for the lyrics, but for the way it makes my body move. My body responds to this type of rhythm. I love it. But, put on some belly dancing music, and I will enjoy that too. There is something about the rhythm that makes my body move. It can be bongos (spell) too! LOL It's just got to have a certain rhythm to it. It makes by body move the way it wants to move, no thought, just movement.

There is no one on this site anymore who used to be here. I don't even know why I'm writing this blog. There is no one here to read it and comment on it. hahaha I miss everyone who was here. It was quite the place to be a couple years ago when books came out that Trudeau wrote. Maybe that is why the place is so quiet. Hcg is not new anymore. - Hey, Lynne, how did you react to what that guy was saying to you? Doesn't your husband get jealous of you being approached when you're out at the clubs alone? I read you comment to Darlene and I didn't know you were job searching. Are you good at proof reading? Have you ever thought of medical transcription? It's kind of what old court reporters end up doing when their fingers give out. It sounds like you know your English and could proof read so that's why I suggest it. The only thing is it's a solo job so it might not work for you. It's not a social job that you prefer. How about selling health products that you really believe in?
Gosh, if you get the chance read the blog on the main wall right now about hydrogen peroxide 35% food grade. Well, you don't have to read it because it's way to long to read, but look at the poor pictures that this woman Gayle posted after having a reaction. I don't think I will try ingesting hydrogen peroxide anytime soon. Just look. I feel horrible for that poor lady.
That gift giving sure was strange. It told me I have 50 credits left and I didn't even know I had credits. I would like to cash those out please.

- Hey, Lynne, I'm so glad that WW works for you. I was hoping it would for me too. You can't imagine how I want to keep off my 59 pound loss. It's embarrassing to have gained back 27 pounds. I think I do vaguely remember KT saying something about gaining back 20 pounds after a year and then just going another round of hcg. I'm going to go back to his book and try and look that up. Thanks so much for reminding me of that. You're really good at storing all this knowledge in your brain so I do appreciate that very much. Well, I just told Darla that I would have to be desperate to do hcg again, but after what you just reminded me of maybe I will do a small 9-day round. That's how much I have left of hcg.
Okay, now on to this profound guy that you bumped into. I can't believe you went to the club by yourself, very daring and courageous of you. I'm sorry, but I would have probably been like your friend and went home after dinner. I can't believe you got home at 2:49 am.

- Lynne, your blog is still needed. New individuals looking for information and personal experience while trying HCG is huge. I just started HCG at the end of August 09 and have lost 28 lbs. I am desperately searching the web and natural cures website for true accounts of individuals who have gone through all phases and are on Phase 4 for the rest of their life. Any bit of information or advice you can share is appreciated.

- Hi, Lynne, I'm doing great in life, great in my profession, great in my marriage, but not so great in my maintenance. I lost a total of 59 pounds doing hcg and I gained back 27 pounds. I don't think I want to do hcg again. I'm trying to find something else that might work better than hcg. If I can't find something else to lose my 27 pounds I will do hcg one more time in January and that's it for sure. I did try WW online, and I still have a membership until sometime in January, but I found that didn't work that well for me. I found that I don't like counting, counting calories, counting points, counting in general. How are you?

- Well, it just always seems like you lose people when you do something like that and now that that one stopped, everyone just gave up trying to connect when no one was there. That's why I didn't want everyone to transfer there but oh well. It happens. My daughter is still out with the jerk in PA with my granddaughter. I pray daily that she will get out of the bad situation but she hasn't as of yet. I am doing well, busy. Will be starting up another round in January and have gained back almost all of my weight for not trying at all. Sad. Guess I wasn't ready. It is just too easy when you're busy to eat whatever than plan ahead. I'm so glad you are able to keep your weight off. Hopefully I can get there too.

- I know. I was scared of that when we all transferred to the new site. After that, everyone was gone after that one stopped. I still don't know what happened there. Very confusing. I started a site but haven't finished it. Not enough time in my days with working full time and then my business on the side plus life. LOL
