Here on CC we see a lot about HGC... But I don't understand why go through all of that either.. All we need to do is quit eating processed foods and the excess weight comes off.. It hasn't failed yet with anyone (including myself and my husband) ... The only people who might stuggle is those on drugs that promote weight gain.. Anyway...
