- I changed my diet and lifestyle about a year ago when I became overweight. Since then I have made it a priority to eat whole fruits and vegetables, as well as white meats such as chicken, turkey and fish. I have lost about 45 pounds in the last year, and have consistently kept it off. I do exercise as well. My quest for natural cures started about 5 months ago. I just came accross Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures book in the last couple weeks. It has definitely inspiried me to continue to live a natural life. I have definitely seen a difference in my life with how I feel ever since I changed my lifestyle. Kevin's encouraging words have gotten me excited even more to keep pressing forward living a natural lifestyle with no drugs!

- I think if there was a burst of cosmic radiation or solar flares i think it would catch everyone by suprise. I think also that maybe the people have been supplicating the spirit and praying long and hard enough that God in all his power is on his way and that will be neat. I know if I had the option of traveling around the universe with God or staying on the planet I would go. Your funny and really sweet. How old are you?
