Gabe - I liked you comment. Very interesting about the thyroid and where to get iodine etc., However - some people have overactive and need to "block" the idoine. Have too much of it. But...thanks for the information that "was" helpful. :)

- I live in NYC and love it. Looking to find out more about natural cures they do not want you to know about.
I also love nature....Central Park is my favorite place here in the
city; the fall is just beautiful with the colors, and in winter when
it snows it is like winter wonderland, in the spring I like to walk
and enjoy the newly budding flowers, in the summer I love to picnic
at the park. I also love concerts in the park. I love the theater also.
I have loved to horse-back ride since I was a kid. I have not yet
ridden in the Central Park; however, that is a desire of mine.
I love the Blue Ridge Mountains and the White Mountains
too. I used to hike and camp a lot. My favorite place was the
"Covered Bridge" - Kancamagus Highway, NH.
I love to try new things; I took flying lessons at the Beverly
airport (MA) in the 70's and continued in Florida when I moved
down there for awhile. I flew small Cherokee single engine piper
plane. It brought back memories when I found my log book,
unpacking my belongings when I moved here to the city of
NY.
I also used to ski. But, my last ski trip was to "Stowe" in Vermont
back in the 90's - with Ikon Office Solutions, and my son.
I took Kenpo Karate, and loved to bike ride. I tried a dirt bike
a few times too. I used to fish - don't like that anymore.
I love to travel. One of my favorite (but I have many) trips was my train ride
from London to Edinburgh to see the tattoo at the Edinburgh Castle.
One of my favorite places to eat, is at the "Lobster Pot" in Bermuda.
SOSUA Beach in Puerto Plata Dominican Republic, is one of the
most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, I actually like it better
than Elbow Beach in Bermuda. However, Cavendish Beach in
Prince Edward Island is beautiful too. I love PEI, and the deep
red soil was good for potatoes. I love potatoes with lots of
butter - but those days are gone. I am just starting to look
at my body as "the temple of God", and trying to take care of
it after years of neglect. God delivered me from the addiction
of smoking, in May of 2006.
I have recently been reading about, and eating some
organic foods. Sometimes when I think of food, I also I think of traveling (I love
to try new foods when I go to new places; however, trying to stick to healthy ones now).
Making me think now.... how much I also loved Malibu Beach in CA, and
the drive up north along Big Sur.
I love Lake Tahoe (Heavenly), and Colorado (Vail)
I love Ichetucknee Springs in Florida (tubing), and sailing
and snorkeling in the Keys. I no longer can ski
and have not sailed in ages.
My desire is to
get back in shape and be healthy - and do the things I
love most with Y'shua (Hebrew name for Jesus)
FIRST in my life. My last cruise was to the Caribbean on
Dolphin Cruise Line. I am not sure they even exist
anymore - it was so long ago (in the 80's oh my)
On May 23rd, 2006 I surrendered my heart, soul, and mind
to Y'shua (Hebrew name for Jesus); I had accepted
the Lord as my savior when I was 13 at Word of Life
Camp in upper state NY. When my son was
young he took piano and violin lessons, gymnastics, karate,
swimming lessons. I
tried to surf in Florida -- but that I could NOT
do. I never could stand up on the board...so
I enjoyed watching my son on the boogie board.
I also have spent many years doing legal research, and I had worked in a
law firm as legal secretary as well as worked for the State of Florida
in the Food Stamp Program.

i have so much to share with u! i finally found relief for my monthly symptoms, with out a doctors help. every month about 2 weeks before my cycle started, i would have severe heart palps, i coulnt walk up a flight up steps. it was totally dictating my life, its been going on for over a year, i had been to the er on a few times with a heart rate og 196 198, a beta blocker was administered, and it brought i right down.
i expressed to my Dr. that i was tracking my symptoms and they were caused by a hormonal influx..he disagreed!!!when my period starts, everything is back to normal.
everyone wanted to start me on meds, do thousands of $ worth of tests.. i researced for months getting info from different sources. So i started taking 1 capsule a day, which gave me relief about 85%, it was a God send. i found out about Oceans healthy Hormones Vitamins, offered by Garden of Life, and i ve been taking both supplements for 3 months now, and i have NO SYMPTOMS!!! the info that i discovered is so hard to find..why? 70% of heart related tests on women are false positives because of these hormone imbalances, thats crazy, im 42, and i still have a period every month every 28 days, just like i was 16.

- I think you just go into "your account" page and then it has the photos, then select add, and upload your pictures, I'm not real up on the web page stuff though either, some folks out here do some real marvelous work with it, I think thats cool, just don't have time and have other interests when I do have the time.
