About Me:: I am a 56 year old single nurse on my way to slender. I started at 269 pounds. The diet clinic I was going to went bankrupt, I had lost 42 pounds with them. I gained back 21 pounds before I found the weight loss cure. I have been on Phase 1 for 2 weeks and am down 13 pounds already.

I actually had pictures taken at the end of Phase 2, my first round...but, the camera card was not in all the way...so no pics. I am up 3 pounds in Phase 3, so not feeling like re-doing the pictures. Everyone tells me how much younger I look, how my stomach is so much smaller, and how I have a shape now. I also get comments on my hair which used to be so dry and frizzy...not anymore.

I love your new pictures, they are really good and you look fantastic!!! If I were you, I would inject, if you not losing then it may mean that you are becoming immune but I would at least try to you can stop the gains.

At 6:56pm on September 20, 2008, Orvelyn Foy said…: My weight is bouncing all around because of the cruise, then the hurricae. My LIW was 192. I went on the cruise and gained 21 pounds, up to 213. I lost 14 pounds the first week back, down to 199. Then hurricane Ike hit. We still have no power, but we have a generator for the fridge. The stores did not have fresh meat, veggies, or fruit for a week, so I am up to 206.6 now. I was able to buy the food and restart the injections again today. Now I am wondering if I need to wait the full 8 weeks before I restart the injections for the next round since I was not on the shots for 40 days straight. Orvelyn

I went back on the injections as soon as I got back home and lost 2 pounds already and down to 211.0 after just 1 shot. This is Phase 2 Round 2, day 23...with a week off for the cruise. I am reloading and still lost weight! Glad to see you are doing so well. Orvelyn

I am having some trouble on P3 but I will get it together. I do have to lose some to get back down to my LIW before I start P2 again, just waiting for that period to start first. BTW, can you tell me what doseage of HCG you take 2000iu, 5000iu or 10000iu and how much water you add for whatever you're taking and what you doseage per day is. I'm trying to get opinions for mixing 2000iu for .25cc on an insulin syringe which is 250 units. I keep getting different amounts. I did the 10000 HCG vials the first time but I'm only doing a half round this time. Any ideas??
