About Me:

I am 35 years old, have been married for 16 years, and have 3 gorgeous sons that consume my life. At the ages of 12, 6, and 3, my boys manage to keep my world full of mayhem and chaos, but my life would be so empty without them. Christopher, Caleb, & Colby devour my heart and soul. My husband, Jackie and our oldest son, Christopher have been extremely involved in Boy Scouts for several years now and have tried desperately to drag me into their adventures. Although I am an official Committee Member of the Boy Scouts, I am just NOT an outdoorsy, sleeping in tents on the ground, sitting around a campfire kind of lady. I am all about PINK frilly girlie things. Only God knows why He gave me mud-loving, critter-fiddling, loud-screeching BOYS!

I enjoy Scrapbooking and organizing scrapbooking retreats with two of my dear friends. We have the retreat once a year in February in Mentone, AL, and it's a RIOT! Im a very giving, caring, fun, and free-spirited person. Most of all I demand honesty.

Besides scrapbooking and adoring my sons, these are a few of my favorite things:

A huge variety of MUSIC (can't live without it)!
The color PINK!
eBaying (buying and selling)!
I'm a computer ADDICT!
Ice Cream is a MUST in my diet, preferrably Mayfields Turtle Tracks, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, or Pistachio Almond (haha, did someone say "diet"?)
I'm IN LOVE with those frozen or iced coffee drinks!
Being near waterfalls, beaches, the river, creeks - flowing water is the most peaceful sound on Earth to me!
Pedicure spas are DA-BOMB! I love to have pretty toenails, and I love to set mine off with a pretty little toe ring!
I'm not that great with meal-fixing, but I love to bake goodies, make finger foods, party dishes, and desserts.
Spending time with my Girlfriends!

My time and relationships with my friends and family are highly valuable to me. For years, I thrived on entertaining, having parties and get-togethers, preparing for gatherings, and organizing my immediate family's annual Family Reunion. Unfortunately, various illnesses have overwhelmed my life off and on for the past 7 years now. My inability to cope with what my body won't let me do has completely changed my life and my activities in a sense. I do what I can do when I can do it, but I miss the "old me" so very much.

I am pretty much a music "freak". I love anything that has a thumpin' beat, perfect harmony, and great lyrics! An example of just a couple of the CDs I have created for my listening pleasure in the recent past contains of course some Billy Currington, TI, Justin Timberlake, Josh Turner, Chris Brown, Billy Gilman, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Pussycat Dolls, Natasha Beddingfield, Daniel Beddingfield, Nellie Furtado, Nelly, Ne-Yo, Rob Thomas, Gold City, Staind, Squire Parsons, Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Trace Adkins, The Wreckers, Terrance Howard, Emerson Drive, 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Akon, Timbaland, Brad Paisley ......

Favorite Books

Not much of a reader, but I have recently purchased several Joyce Meyer books, so I hope to get some inspiration from her.
LOVE Scrapbooking magazines or idea books!
I just purchased 2 Kevin Trudeau books (Natural Cures and More Natural Cures) that I am hoping will help me a lot with my problems.
