A Tony Robbins seminar peaked my interest to learn about health and nutrition. In looking for a healthier lifestyle, I decided to follow a vegetarian lifestyle (eight years and counting). Although I occasionally eat fish. I am looking to learn more about eating raw foods and the benefits that brings to my health.

Favorite Books

I have read a variety of interesting books: Conversations with God Vol 1-4, The Celestine Prophecy, The Tenth Insite, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The 8th Habit, The Maker's Diet, The Art of War, Entering the Zone, Eat Right 4 Your Type...

I enjoy this online community for the interesting topics that have sparked my interest and learning. I continue to add more books to my library, like: The Weight Loss Cure, Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About, The pH Miracle, Green For Life, Sanctuary: The Path to Consciousness, RAWvolution Gourmet cookbook, Tapping the Healer Within - Using Thought Field Therapy ...(and the list will continue).

Did you ever get to try Seven+? By the way, this is a really good time for friends and family to try it out. I did read tapping the healer within, i tried it, it helped somewhat.. but what i was lead more to is a newer form of tft: eft (emotional freedom technique) which originally came about from tft.

One could miss interpret anxiety when it is perhaps panic attacks or depression. Best thing to do is if one doesn't work then try another one. Also, have to find the correct points. No, I have not read the book Sanctuary. Do a web search on Bach there is a wealth of information and they have been in use almost 100 years. I don't think they work (well) if one is on psycotropic(sp) drugs.

Im not sure! I would double check with whatever company you have. We have well water so fluride is not much of an issue to us but our system is made to filter out EVERYTHING! Hope this helps!
