- I am a 26 year old single mom and never knew a thing about natural health until reading Kevin Trudeaus first book. It opened my eyes to so many things and I have completely changed the way I live. Unfortunately all of my friends and family think I am crazy for buying organic food and not taking prescription or over the counter drugs. I guess it would be nice to have people to talk to and ask questions to that don't think I'm crazy for wanting to be healthy!
