[NSF-Panama] Vaccines - we need your help I am writing to you on an Off Topic matter which is so urgently important that I am invoking the moderator's privilege since it is, literally, a matter of life, death and liberty.
State governments are beginning to mandate this uninsurable, un-safety-tested and unproven vaccine for first responders, led by New York State where we understand that many nurses and teachers are facing loss of jobs if they don't take the jab. Ordinary civilians are not safe either, with Massachusetts about to pass a law criminalizing vaccine resistance.

The Department of Defense has declared that the Swine Flu Vaccine will be mandatory for all people in uniform. That is a violation of the 2005 Permanent Injunction issued by Judge Sullivan of the DC Federal District Court which required not only that the squalene containing vaccine only be used if the use were voluntary, but that the DOD had to provide him with monthly reports to assure that it was, in fact, voluntary.

IF you will support us, we can try to go into that same Court, in front of the same Judge, whose outrage over the Squalene vaccine was enormous and tell him in legal format that the DOD is violating the Consent order that the US Government signed in his case, in his court, under his direction. He will not like that.
