As for the lemonade cleanse....my only word of caution off the top of my head is to MAKE SURE all your systems of elimination (bowels, etc) are OPEN before doing. I did it for 18 days and have since developed IBS type symptoms b/c LITTLE DID I KNOW, it acted as a full-body cleanse. Oops. I was not eliminating the toxins!!! It's OK, but it really messed my system up. I won't be doing it again-I would prefer a juice-fast, or just doing something along those lines. Not so harsh to the system. That's just my opinion after 18 days of it-although, the taste wasn't so bad. Maple syrup is higher on the glycemic index, so make sure you're OK with that too. Also, I found that waiting until right before I drank each glass to add the organic cayenne pepper helped it to not sit and get as hot. I was able to ingest more pepper this way. PLEASE be careful not to burn your insides! I did. I always go beyond full-force, so I added about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per each 16 oz mug I drank. OOFA!! Be careful! I wish someone had told me these things.

and what was on the back bottom corner. I hope that helps. I get it at this diet place where I got my Hcg. They carry all kinds of supplements.
I should put a reminder on my food journal page.
I leave them on the counter. you would think that would help.
