- I am 58 years young. I was diagnosed with CHF in 2001, I haven't taken medications and feel much better not doing so. I've employed a lot of tips from Kevin's first two books and his website. I research everything before putting it into my body. I want to learn how to eat to live and pass that knowledge on to others in my family and other people that I have contact with. I took the Realage test again and even with having heart disease my Realage was only three years more than what I am and that's pretty good for someone with heart disease. Most so called healthy people have a Realage more than three years of their actual numerical age. I plan on taking it again in three months. I know for sure it will be at least six years younger than my actual age. I will share that when I that happens.

- U2, Fleetwood Mac, Corrine Bailey Rae, Billie Holliday, Nancy Wilson, Gorgon Lightfood, Neil Diamond, and Andreas Vollenweider. My Motown days consist of Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. Two songs I can listen to over and over And over is: I Walk the Line by Johnny Cash, and I fall to pieces by Patsy Cline. I know that is a lot but their music is what I play more than any other. Of course I had to omit some of my other favorites.

I have been diabetic for almost 20 years and its to the point that the medication is not working as well as it should be. I have my sugars go up from 205 and then down to 97 and have been keeping a diary of what I am eating. I am going to a health doctor that deals only with natural supplements. They are expensive because they are not cover by health insurance and he is trying to help me get my sugar level down. All this products I am taking are from Chi's Eneterprises, Inc.
