Im 33 yrs old I love hanging with m boyz Mason who is 5 and Kolten who is 10. I have been married to my bestfriend Chris for 11yrs. I am currently on th HCG diet and having a hrd time with hunger and slowly loosing now. HELP!! Been on it since Dec 24,2008. Need to loose 50 pounds.

My first round of phase two I mixed the whole amount I needed and it seemed to be good for the full round (40 days). I think you can check it somehow maybe with a pregnancy test, not sure though. Ask Lynne she might have a better answer for you.
The other rounds I did I only mixed about 8 days at a time.

Then you take another .25 again at night right before bed. Thats how its worked for me. If you take the appetite suppressants they also prescribe that is an additional cost...the first visit is the most expensive because of blood test etc. The second month I just received didn't cost as much as the initial appointment. I think you might be glad you tried it. :o) Hope this helps

I just finished my 3rd round of phase 2. It seemed like it took forever this time. I did one round in July, another in November, and the last one starting in April. The first round I cut short by 5 days because we went on vacation but the other rounds I did the full 40 days. I have lost 60 pounds so far.
