I'm a down to earth 45 year old who looks and feels like 25 and i am my ideal weight, since i've been reading Kevin's 1st 2nd books my health has been outstanding. I run or Ride bike 5 miles a day i weight train, i drink 64 or more ounces of reverse osmosis Filterd water every day and i look Forward to a long healthy life God willing like Kevin T. who is seventy years old by the way, and i hope you all have happy healthy long lives also.
