Thurs 9th~ 178.0
Fri. 10th~ 177.4
Sat 11th~ 176.4
Sun 12th~ 177.2 (what???)
Mon 13th~ 175.6 (whew!)
Tues 14th~ 173.6
Wed 15th~ 173.4
so, 5 pounds down, two pounds short of a pound a day, but all in all o.k. That weird gain was freaky. I have been PERFECT with EVERYTHING! did I read correctly,your'e working out? I mowed my grass one day,and walked my dogs around the block,,,,and actually stalled for three days.physical exertion actaully makes the whole weightloss progress slow down!!! so whatever you do-dont exercize on P2.im glad to hear you are feeling more normal now...lol..my first week was ROUGH!!! take care.
