Theres a great workout that you can do at home that is amazing. Its advertised on TV for over $100 but if you have a Big 5 or a Costco near you its way cheaper there.(Costco is cheaper) Its called Barrys Bootcamp...Ive lost 15 cm in 2 months. If you combine it with your weightloss plan...you'll have amazing results...Good luck,

- Im a 22 year old, I work as a Medical Biller for a Well Recognized Health care Agency. I've struggled with my wieght for too...long. I've tried everything I can like Diet pills, working out... and nothing seems to work for me. As I've gotten older and working in the health field I notice & hear of the many disease's that kills and physically disable people and I dont want to find myself like that... I've been working out after work... walking and trying to eat good meals at appropriate times, and i've seen some small slow changes. however I feel my bones ache, my knees can no longer supress my wieght. and i've sprang my ankle. I need something new, something with a little bit more promise, so i've decided i want to try HCG injections. From what i've read on the threads and forums I think i would like to try and see the results for myself. I consulted with my husband of what i wanted to try and he thinks i've gone mad.. he says anything that you have to inject in your body is not healty. BUT I WANT TO HAVE A BABY. we've been married for over two years together three and still havent been able to conceive.. we've been tested and are fine. however my doctor states losing weight would increase our chances; so thats my hope!

First Step!!!!
