I started learning about raw food in Feb of this year. When I was ready to try it out, I heard about this online raw food delivery service called RAWvolution. I ordered food from them a few times. Although the food is very good, it is expensive. So, after I experienced that raw food is tasty I decided to attempt making it myself. I bought the RAWvolution cookbook, purchased the necessary kitchen appliances (the cookbook lists what is needed) and started making the meals myself. I'm not 100% raw, but about 40% of my meals/snacks are raw. It's been a good change for me.

Yeah, if you ordered the day before, it shouldn't take them too long to get your order filled as soon as they get back. If you can watch your account online, you will know the day that they fill and ups your order.

At 12:27pm on June 7, 2008, aic said…: Gosh Marilyn, I am sorry to bother you and a bit taken back by your abrupt comment. I did talk to Brenda and she was very nice. They did not have the products in their store that you mentioned in your blog. This was the day before they went on vacation and I told them, no problem and to ship when they return and get them in. We have had some very nice conversations as they live rather close to me in OH and are vacationing near my home in Fl.
I will make sure not to bother you again. This is all new to me and i am trying to understand it all so I do not make the same mistakes as i did in the past.
