I'm not hungry much at all. More of an emptiness feeling. My husband was starving all the time but we got him off 7 prescription meds last week and it has made a world of difference on his hunger. The tea's help alot with this also. Not sure about keeping the weight off but everyone says you do so I've yet to experience that.

Just keep in mind, there are other programs out there that are not the exact protocol. Do not use them. Use only Kevin Trudeau's suggestions. Also don't expect the 1 lb a day. In the book it says approximately 1 lb. per day, and that will vary from day to day. I don't know how much weight you were wanting to lose but keep in mind you can continue to lose after and even do another phase 2 after 6 weeks. I was counting on losing the 45 days but after 22 days I am not getting the 1 lb. a day. But I have lost over 16 lbs and even better than that I have lost about 10 inches in my thighs, chest (which actually came off from my back), and especially my stomach. It does work and we are 3 that prove it. Now as far as my expectations and where we actually are I guess my expectations were a little high, but hey, we are soooooo much better than we were 3 weeks ago. I really would recommend cleansing the body first. I think getting rid of candida can really help in the loss but as far as I can tell if you do this and stick with the very low calorie diet you can't not lose. Good Luck!
