Hi Linda, did you follow the protocol to a tee? Or were you just careful with what you ate? Did you do the cleanse the phase 1 of the diet to acheive results? Have you maintained your weight loss now?
I have checked out anabolic pharma.com they seem to be pretty cheap. They are selling HCG - Pregnyl 5000 for $58,00 canadian? That sounds really cheap to me? Any advice would be really helpful

Danielle said… - Hello there! So I started the protocol yesterday. Today was my last gorge day! I have been doing googd. I get the measurements and the injections now thanks to all of you. Now I have a problem. I think I am going to start my period like tomorrow or tonight, (I am spotting), what do I do now??? Do I stop the injections but go on the 500 calories a day still? I have a few very important questions that I hope you can answer for me. First of all I bought 6 ampules of 1500 hcg. I am planning to take 200 g injections everyday.
