I hear that there are great benefits of drinking coconut water. Is this true? I found some called ZICO Pure Coconut Water. has anyone heard of this?

Isn't there another way of knowing if your thyroid is bad? I had blood work done and they say my thyroid is fine, but i dont think it is fine. I heard of another way you can find out, some at home test you can do?
