About Me:

I am 26 years old; I went to Culinary School for college, and I was a chef for about 10 years. Then I moved onto sales/marketing, and that's where I have been for the last 4 years. Its a brainless job, but easy to move around in, and hey it pays the bills!
I live with my rottie (ruby). I am sort of new to everything natural/organic. I did study nutrition while in school, but it wasn't talked about too much. I have to admit, that since my discovery of natural cures, and my own research into the "corrupt-ness" of the food industry, I feel kind of lost now. My whole life and life's dreams have been based on cooking. I guess I will have to re-evaluate that when the time comes!
I think this website is incredible, and I am excited to start talking to real people who have the same questions and concerns as me. I found myself, when I first started, walking up to random people in the health food stores, and asking their opinions on certain products, or issues, or where to find the best organic fruit or meat....lol....I guess I won't have to scare total strangers anymore by stalking them in the grocery store!

Favorite Books

I travel a lot around the state, I'm always in my car so I listen to audio books.....I know that sounds weird, but It's the only way I can really "read"!!! If I do really "read," I enjoy fiction, espically murder mysteries. I also read cooking books for fun too! (stop laughing, I love it!)
