normal person. Extermely courious about most everything involving health and nutrition(normal or obessed?) I would love to become a nutritionist and teach others about good food.mother of 3 grown beautiful healthy children ages 27-23. New bride,married in a private, very tiny hot air baloon, 7.000 ft aboveTemeculia CA. Love to cook. We eat and try all kinds of weird healthy stuff. Live on a beautiful Island. choose no tv(8 yrs now) our life is simple,healthy and fun. We have bikes and a new to us 80's somthing vw camper van we are fixing up to explore our area. My husband and i have lived on the island 20 years. We relax by watching the ships pass and the wild life that calls our home theirs.

all types really,but my 1st choice is middle eastern.we get a french station out of vancouver BC that plays opera , rap, techno 20' rock,classical and everything inbetween.mostly in french.(no i do not know any french) Any one who visits comments on our cool music. My plants are huge...the music is on all the time and there's no mindless blather from the drone of the TV.

ok,this is really quick...hopefully. ! ?
Some time ago,about 6 weeks ago I finished my most recient round of hcg. Amazingly I wasen't hungry one bit. I weighed every Wenedsday. I followed the plan loosley,did 23 injections and lost 9 lbs.

I went right to weight watchers points system. Did eat what i wanted in the points system(29 pts for me to loose) I kept on loosing.Never gained,didn't need a steak day. I'll have chips,but baked,and only 1 pt worth(14 grams of chips)weigh that...It's not much… Continue

FRIDAY OCT 24. DAY 57. WEIGHT 196.2 (LIW 193.7) DOWN -1.3 TOTAL GAINED ON PHASE 3......... 3.9

This is so typical. Up,down........way up,way down....i mean this is a phase 2 loss.....go figure. I did go to the bathroom alot yesterday (BM) but i have also other days,and had a gain. I had a colonic with my ND visit last Friday,she said i really released alot"I'll bet you really show a loss when you weigh in the morning" she told me well, last sat morning i was hopeful,and it was a 1lb. loss. Really each morning i weigh,i don't know what to expect.

THURSDAY DAY 56, P3R2 WEIGHT 197.5 (LIW 193.7) DOWN-0.4 TOTAL GAINED ON PHASE 3........5.2

O.K Yesterday i gained 1.7. The things i did which probally wouldn't affect people normally and cause that kind of a gain was before work i had about 1 cup of potato chips with 1/4 home made blueberry jam and about 1/4 cup of peanut butter. I had 2 chip ahoy cookies at the B and B. and woke up around 1 am and had 1 macroon (home made with out sugar) and 1 sm handfull of almonds. Other than that, i ate healthy and normal....oh ya and i forgot my before bed protein shake.

TUESDAY DAY 55 P3R2. WEIGHT 197.6 (LIW 193.7) DOWN -0.2 TOTAL GAINED ON PHASE 3.......3.9

Short blog today. I'm happy to see the downward trend. Hopefully it will continue. It feels like i ate alot yesterday,i wasen't hungry once. Didn't have time for excersise but i'm ok with that. Helping my body heal is important too. I have the personality to constantly push myself,and try to squeeze too much in a small time frame,I'm getting better though.

OK i did a huge blog just now on Joanne's page to explain some very interesting findings reguarding weight maintainance on phase 3. Basically if you are having trouble maintaining,and eating as you should the chances are very high your adreanls have been under stress and need supporting. continuing hcg to try and correct the gain will only cause futher struggles untill you get the adreanls in good working order. adreanls have to do with metabloisim,digestion,weight gain,body temp regulation,bloo… Continue

Hi, Debbie--wow, your comment brought me to tears. Just knowing that you saw that in me was really beautiful. YOu could c that, and I had only eluded to it with daily activity. :) You touched my heart, Debbie. It's so complicated and it's been ths way a very long time 22 yrs out of 24. Very sad. I wold get that litttle book that you talk about, but why? lol What for? It would only break my heart more b/c I would practice it alone. Thank you for noticing and saying something. Hey Debbie! I was wondering how you are doing? I miss your blogs. They were the greatest. Good to hear you are maintaining. I didn't do well at all. Starting up again in a week. I kind of got too busy to do what I was supposed to do, as just shopping for food is an 85-mile drive one-way. Hopefully I can do it this time. I am still anxious for that wonderful cookbook of yours. Anytime soon? My business has taken off and I am very busy. With the way the economy is, I am thankful. Wow, Debbie, I really enjoyed reading your comment. It was filled with food stuff. It appears that you still enjoy the things that you did before hcg. I used to love to eat and cook before reading KTs books and doing hcg. I don't cook anymore. I buy organic frozen meals, lol. I don't even cook breakfast. I eat a cold flourless Enlish Muffin with reduced-fat organic cream cheese, decafinated coffe with 1T of organic cream. Then I don't eat the rest of the day until dinner which is usually after yoga, about 9:30pm in the car, lol, and then a few hours later, I have a snack of organic popcorn, reduced fat and 1 T of Really Raw Honey. I usually only have the honey before my period, otherwise, I have Greek Non-fat yogurt with Chocolate Stevia, or raspberries with Chocolate Stevia. I don't cook anymore. I don't even take pleasure in eating anymore as I know what it did to me before hcg. So, a coping mechaninism is gone, and I have employeed other ones. I analaze everything I put into my mouth. If someone could be inside my brain before I make a food decision or right before I eat, lol, what is happening in my brain.

I continue to practice yoga three times a week. I am never home; except for 3 hours in which I take care of the dog, check my email, then get ready to leave. I cannot stay home, not even for a few minutes. I go to bed around 2pm, wake up at 10am, meditate for a hour, then eat breakfast, care for dog, check email, and shower, hair and make up, 2 hours, pack a clothes travel bag and dinner, and don't come home until about 10:30pm. I do this every day. Now, I'm looking to fill-up my weekends, working as a bartender in a nice restaurant until close. The hours work for me since I'm a night person. I'm available Fri, Sat, and Sunday nights until close. I would love to fill up my weekends. I don't have any kids, and my husband is working, and yes, I do have friends, but, they have husbands who are, actually, home, lol. One would think that I'm married to a baseball player, lol, but where is the money. hahahaha

Anyway, that is what is happening with me. Oh, and, yes, I'm maintaining my weight. This morning, I weigh 154.6. I wear a size 6 jean/pencil skirt/jacket, and a size small top. I could easily, which I have been thinking of doing another round to get to a size 4, but I'd be all skin and bone and have no boobs left, but there is a part of me that really wants to do it. I could just keep on doing hcg until there is nothing left, but skin and bone. hahaha

Hi, Debbie--I read somewhere that you were going to post new pics! Where are they!!!!???? I'd love to see how you look after doing hcg and maintaining! I don't cook the same way either, very different. It just doesn't seem fair that other's can eat, seemingly what they want, piling food high on their plates and eating a full meal for dinner at a restaraunt, but we don't know what they ate during the day. Maybe like me, they starve themselves all day, so they can enjoy a drink, appetizers, bread, salad, dinner, and lol, a smidgen of dessert, but I see these people eat the whole dessert, not just a 1/4 of it and still maintain a size 2,4,6,8 figure. However, I do see a lot of people piling food high on their plates a someone's house and those same people are overweight too. It just kind of stinks having to weigh and measure everything that I put into my mouth and count it too. I don't know how to make a recipe up using the points, so I eat the same two things all week long.
