I read a man took 78000iu of vitamin D for a very long time and did not over doses. He developed some time of reaction but was over it in a day or so after they figured out the doses were wrong on the supplement he took.

Just so you know we need 5000iu daily. 10000 would be great but 5000 is better than nothing. Get 20min of sunlight which equals to 10000iu
