OK, Same date October 16th, 2006: UPDATE!
I just ordered all of the stuff that I need for the Phase 1, Its getting costly but a weight loss clinic would charge this a month in food etc..

HCG BEGINNER
Hi,
My name is Darlene, my husband Mike and I are beginning our weight control venture with the Simeon's HCG program. We just completed our blood tests and physicals.
Mike and I like things like camping, boating, fishing, swimming and spending time with our two son's and three dogs. - Welcome back Darlene! It's probably easier to start after the holidays. Christmas just about killed me with phase 3. Try going over hcgsupportgroupforumotion.com for help on that one. They may have suggestions for vegetarians. I use Stevia, an herbal extract for a sweetner. I use it in my coffee and it tastes just like Sweet and Low. Glad the injections are going well. I look forward to checking in on you.

- Hi! I hope everyone had a nice Christmas and New Year!!
I'm back.. I had to drop out for a while to take care of some business. Anyway! My hubby and I started the HCG injections right after New Years. We are doing ok. I'm having problems with the meat part.. because I don't like red meat or fish. Kind of lost here... Any suggestions anyone?
I'm not hungry at all... neither is my husband. The No Sugar in our tea and coffee is a bummer! hard to drink this way.
I'm still smoking cigarettes while doing this... that's not good but, if I loose the weight that I want to, which is 40 pounds, I'll then quit smoking. The injections don't hurt at all.. can't even feel them! cool. Anyone have any advise for me on the Meat-Sugar thing?????????????????????????????????

- Darlene, Thats a bummer. There are a lot of supplements. I didn't do all of them. I just ran out of money. Check out Xan's discussion on whats really needed and what you dont need. He is a firm believer in The Simeon's Protocol and writing a book on following the diet. I have found his discussions very helpful. He puts it plain and simple about all those supplements. I had a setback myself with inner ear vertigo before the hcg came in and I was devastated. I was nauseated and I had to take a break from the supplements. Give your stomach a rest. You'll still do great with phase 2!

Linda W said… - Darlene, this is so weird, but I live on Polk and 129th. I wonder if I know your son. Wouldn't that be the weirdest thing? Where on Polk does he live? I'm wracking my brain trying to think of any guys in their 30s near me. He is on the weight loss cure?
