Hello all, So I am very new to this, can anyone tell me the first steps to the cleansing? I am wanting to start the HCG and loss around 35 pounds before Feb. that is when my husband comes home from his deployment

2.. Give her cleansing agents like chlorella, blue green algae, spirulina, anything with chorophyl. A good way to get it in is by blending with sweet fruit.
