If you let the formula sit for hours, you will see that it cannot be the formula that they are referring to. It is NOT a scam. Did you read Kevins' book? He says that there will always be people trying to decredit natural cures. My advice is to reread that section. They are trying to discredit natural cures all the time. Just ignore it. That is what I do. I have to be honest. I am starting to get frustrated talking with you. Stick to what you believe, and ignore the liars. Nyota1

Raw foods are great for colon health along with plenty of water. I had to go through a whole regimen along with my homeopathic doctor to clear my body of candida, but that certainly would not have gone as smoothly with a clogged digestive tract.
My opinion? Handle digestive first, then anything else after that. Can't really absorb the nutrients with a bad colon now, can you.

colon cleansing - I opted for a herbal formula with no psyllium husk.
candida cleansing - good antifungals and not feeding the grunge white flour and white sugar and you're off to a good start. Oxygenating!!! Candida is anaeorbic.

Raw foods, can help cleanse the body, due to many factors. One simply being they are higher in fiber.
Raw foods should always be certified organic. Always!.... One must not feed the body the very same poisions one is wishing to cleanse of the body.
There are also, many foods to specifically aid the body in the cleanse.
I've tried many over my many years, and there is only one I would use. In fact, if given the choice between eating food or eating this, I would give up eating food for this. ( which, really is classified as a food) And that is, SUPER BLUE GREEN ALGAE, from Klamath Lake (There is no other food/algae on the planet, like this one) I have been eating this food for exactly 15 years. - Hi Steven, No, it is not a scam. Those websites are just trying to discredit it. It is not a scam. I did it and about 5 lbs of waste came out. It is not the formula. It is literal waste matter. Did you try it yet? I thought you said that you ordered it. Nyota1

- When your getting colonics you can actually see the stuff thats coming out of you. Its insane. Its what looks like gallons upon gallons of stuff. You colon is i think around 30 feet long. Imagine a long tunnel with blockages. When you have blockages like i do. That powder or fiber campsuls or whatever you take will just get stopped my the blockage. I've taken several of those cleansers. They are not nearly as effective as they claim. I saw tons of undigested food come out of me threw a tube. My colon hydrotherepest told me what i had for lunch over a week ago. I am a specail case because i was on perscription medication for four years and all perscription meds cause constipation and interfere with your bodies ability to digest food. A couple years after going on the meds i developed food allergies. I had never been allergic to food in my whole life and then all the sudden i ended being allergic to everything except veggies. I know for a fact i have at least six years worth of undigested food in my system. Undigested food really clogs up your system. I am an extreme case. Regular cleansers might work for you. After getting done with my hydrotherepy i could feel little pains of where the blockages used to be. Its pretty crazy.

- Hi Steven, I just got your post on my page. Are you going to transition to a raw food diet? Which book exactly did you get? I am also in the process of transitioning to 100% raw also. Right now, i eat about 75% raw. The answer is YES, the food is better. I personally believe most people will feel much better eating raw. I know I do. It takes time to transition to it. There are ALOT of great recipes! Even the spagetti and meatball recipe. I still have to get that one! I will try to get it this week! Talk to you soon. Nyota1

- It's amazing to me that after 3 1/2 yrs when I have those cheat-meals, they not as good as I remember!! A meal of a whole pineapple ... it's heavenly! I eat SIMPLE raw ... whole fruits, green smoothies, salads.
