well,you are on the way! you should be able to get needles at research supply.net and bac water too. ( I have to use the short insulin needles because I am a chicken!)
To LISA..Yes I have started. I have lost a total of 17 pounds..I been getting the stuff mixed allready from my doc..150 iu...each shot..
I got this last stuff (hugog) or however you spell it..I took my first shot of 200iu. I did not find any bacw...
that sounds right......I have been using 250 i.u.s but I referred back to my notes,and see that your equation is correct. your needle should be at 2. I believe that is for 20 days worth of shots. have you started yet?
PS...I was going to 2.0 on the needle ! Just so you know ?

I took my bottle of power hcg 5000iu and mixed 5 ml of water with it...!
Does this give me 200iu each time i inject ?
Or did I do it...

- Sorry for the delay in the response. I would start with green smoothies. The basic recipe that I use is 750mL of water, 1 orange, 2 bananas, small handful of goji berries, 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds, 1 handful of spinach, 2 ozs of wheatgrass, 3-5 green kale leaves (based on size), 3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce, and 1 small handful of dandelion leaves (all organic ingredients of course). This makes 2 servings and is a great way to start raw foods. Start on the low end with the greens and add more as you go. Talk to you later, Steve

On there, they stated you could send to a certain place (forgot whre) and get your own hcg over the Internet or by mail. Would you know anything about that?
