At 1:48pm on April 29, 2008, joan said…: Well I started on the colon cleanse on 4-18-08 .weighing in at 285lbs I am now as of this morning 4-29-08 at 271.5 . The BM's look weird . yellow and such. I also used psyllium husk and organic herbal l tea just before bed . Wow my energy is so much better and the heacaches are gone . Jus t think if I took up exercise and walking everyday would do. My goal is to get back to my pregnancy wt of 160lb . wish me luck. I have now started eating Organic veggies and fruits along with lots of water . I will wait and until May 18th to see how far Ive gotten on just making better choices and leaving the processed foods along. I am taking pictures but as of now I dont have a way to upload them but I will shortly.
