I take two each day; one at 1:00pm and the other at 6:00pm. I eat my main meals at breakfast and lunch and only liquids after 2:00pm. This allows the Neprinol to work at dissolving fibrin after eating and through the night. I have noticed a dramatic cleaning of my arteries in just three weeks. I plan to stay with it for at least six months. I think I'll take it as a daily supplement in the evenings after then.
