Roughly 25 years ago, I went swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. To my surprise, earwax melted after a prolonged time in the water. Eventually I came to find out that it was the warm salt water that melted the wax.

You can get ear candles at your local "Natural Foods Store". It is a simple (but time consuming) process.

HI, i had went for a doctor check up and my doctor said i had ear wax build up. I wanted to know what is good for removing the wax in your ears. The doctor said to get a wax removal kit they sell at the stores. I waould really appreciate you advis...

Does the lump hurt at all? If you have had it for years, I would think it is probably nothing. But it sounds like it is pretty much consuming your thoughts, so i would have it looked at, maybe they could do a sonogram of it. I dont like biopsies because they can spread bad things but at sonogram is pretty harmless if you only have one. If your doctor wont listen, find a new one, keep looking until you find one that will cooperate with your feelings about western medicine.

Billboard I saw
This weekend as I was going to the stores I saw a bilboard. Maybe some of you have seen it. I just wanted to let you know what it said and what you guys thought about it. It said " Pasturize for saftey, (Milk), (Cheese), (Juice), (Eggs?) From what I have read pasturizing is not safe. What do you guys think. I would like your opinion. Thanks

Looking for an alternitave for hair coloring
I have been wanting to change my hair color and anke it a lighter color. I have very dark brown hair and I want it a golden brown color, but I do not want to use the regular hair color because of all the chemicals in it. I have changes my hair color about 1 year and a half ago and got it bleached to a golden blond color but it dried out my hair.
