- 34 Into healthy things like health food, bicycles, weighttlifting walking. I have 0- and am a non-secretor I have been into the blood type diet. My problems include alcohol, drugs, gluten intolerance, and candidaisis. All of which I take care of through natural health and 12 step programs. I plan on finishing a microbiology degree.

It is a great study. High cholesterol is a risk factor for heart disease. I use the Lipa-Stat from ITV with my patients that have high cholesterol. For an explaination of the HDL etc you can go to the AHA web site. Dr.D.
