FREEDOM!

I wanted to update you all from my previous blog regarding depression. I am doing FANTASTIC! I know it's a combination of things I'm doing involving diet and supplements but most recently I went to see a ND who specializes in hormone imbalances. He put me on Bio-Identical Hormones (BIH). I'm going to be really transparent here because this is important! When Tavian was about 3 months old postpartum depression hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew exactly what it was because in my visits to my OB following Tavian's delivery they had explained PPD to me and repeatedly checked to see that I was feeling okay. You know how it is, i dont feel like i like anything anymore so i dont want to go out and do anything. I make it to work every day.. i guess that means something? I am in a golf leauge but dont look forward to it each week like i should. I also do things with my son sometimes but that is a battle also.

I truly am glad though that you are doing better :-).
