Spray some Apple Cider Vinegar on yourself.... Works great if you don't mind smelling like a salad.. (smile)
I did some research on hot flashes and found bee pollen as a possible remedy, also the herb black cohosh and dong quai.
my girl friend is 26 and is getting ready to ha total hystarectamy sorry bad speller. but she is having hot flashes like crazy and im trying to get her to trust the organic and natural way to treat things so if any of you ladies coulc help me out ...

This morning, I joined a gym. I don't know what came over me but I am crediting the Monavie and a friends suggestion.
