Nice to meet you! If you are eating healthy to lose weight, some extra dog walking helps, and your dog will love you for it! My dog has gotton healthier also. Last year she used to be out of breath in a couple of blocks; now she wants to go the mile and I had to tighten her harness, it was falling off! She's so full of energy at 8 yrs old, and sleeps sounder since our nightly long walks!
