Age:48 yrs. Married 27 yrs. No children, but 3 dogs to love and be loved by. Also work with Shamrock and rescue and foster dogs/pups.
My health is on the poor side; Back pain L4-L5. After
reading both books. my husband and I are looking forward to a new
start on a healthier lifestyle. I really want to get started on all the
CLEANSES. Love yoga.

Still shows up on the MRI.. but no more pain!!:):) Intervertebral Disc Decompression. It's like 'the rack'.. but computerized! Cost about $1500. I think insurance stopped covering it.. OF COURSE.. because It WORKS.. *rolls eyes*

I love it. The best out there is by "HangUps.com" check it out. You will love the cleanses. I did a Candida cleanse and started a colon cleanse but had to stop as I am going into phase 2 of the protocol.
