Common Sense Cleansing Order

Those that know me, have heard "readReadREAD" ad nauseuam, but I do practice what I preach in that.

My research has led me to a common sense order to cleansing that I'd like to share with y'all:

thx 4 d advise. when i 1st started, i've had flush no.2 & 3 witout stones. the 4th flush was an accomplishment. loads of loads of stones by the sizes of golf balls came out. then the 7th flush was another incredible harvest with loads of stones by the size of an egg. nowadays i'm on the 18th flush and i'm only having stones with the size of a green peas. still i'm not cleared of it. will try very very hard......
