I just watched Michael Moore's Sicko, and I knew the movie was about health care but I didn't know that it would be comparing other country's healthcare to ours - what an eye opener!! Having lived in several third world countries myself and currently living in South Korea I have to agree - healthcare in the U.S. is a joke on many levels. I'm finally making time to write a "review" of the Acne Free in 3 days book. I bought the book maybe two months ago but hadn't done the protocol because of traveling and such but I finally finished the three day protocol and I want to let others know what it's about and what to expect.

Does it bother anyone else when your overweight, constantly sick friends lecture you on health?
I get it all the time, I tell them about something I'm doing, like the fruit fast I'm doing now for example, and people go on and on about what is "healthy" and all I can think is, does it look like you know more about being healthy than I do??
