Wow! I've been gone a while! Been kind of busy these days, but still on the protocol. I've had days I stayed the same and was kind of discouraged, but have lost 4 pounds over these 9 days for a total of 26. Still hanging in, but wanting different foods! Lost 2 more pounds! 22 in 24 days! Still doing good, but having some battles occasionally with wanting to cheat, so far so good.

Had a busy few days. Weighed in at the doctors office on Thurs. 10/25 day 14 down 15 lbs total.

Friday 10/26 down one more.

Saturday 10/27 down one more.

Went to a baby shower, resisted all of those little tempting goodies, kept myself busy drinking tea, seemed like a gallon, but didn't give in. Down 2 more pounds. Total of 15. Just 50 more to go! Haha! Cruising along. I'm trying to decide if I want to stop at 45 days for 3 weeks or just keep going. My doctor lets you keep going, but the Simeons protocol has you stop for 3 weeks. I just can't decide. I know people who have done it straight through but I don't know if it has the same results as Simeons. Oh well, maybe I can decide before I get there. Lost 2 lbs. over 4 days,so about 1/2 lb. a day is pretty good I think. 13 in 11 days, probably the best I've ever done. I was able to get back into some clothes that I haven't been able to wear so that makes me feel good.
