About Me:: Hey everyone! A little bit about me...hmmm...well, I'm 33 with an 8 year-old son, who is absolutely amazing as well as unbelievably adorable! I grew up in San Diego, CA and can't emphasize how much i LOVE it there!!! I've dabbled in many different professions in my life; from managing and owning clothing stores, being a dancer in Las Vegas, becoming a manager for MAC Cosmetics, to now becoming an owner of an adult entertainment store. I currently live on the Big Island of Hawaii with my little guy and hope to make a few new friends here on Community Cures. I want to thank everyone for the answers to many questions I have had and will continue to ask. Depressed, Scared, Confused...

Hey all,

I haven't blogged in awhile because it's really difficult for me to get on a computer nowadays. Also, as some of you already know, I've been having a really confusing time with what's going on with my weight.

HORRIBLE WEIGHT GAIN!! P3R1 DAY 20 124.2#S UP 5#S FROM LIW

So as you all can see in my title I'm having a horrid time with keeping around my LIW. I do need to let you all know a couple of things first so you can get the big picture of what's going on with me...
First, starting from day 1 of this phase 3 I have cheated with sugars and starches every day (or night). R1P3 Day 5 Up 4.4 from LIW. Super bloatede! Major water retention!!!

I'm soooo sick of dealing with this water retention! I'm at my wits end and ready to go berserk. Yesterday I was only up 1# from my LIW. Today i wake up with another 3.4# gain. What the hell's going on here? I've been gaining more and more water weight each day. I have yet to start my period, but just within a few hours, i feel myslef ballooning up. My jeans are so much tighter than just last night. I'm doing a steak day today. I've already eaten my apple and steak. Been drinking A TON of water/… Continue

My new ND is not having me focus on the scale for now but rather on healing my body,and getting my adreanls better. I feel it's helping. I also walk 45 mn every morning first thing on a empty stomach. this helps speed metabolisum all day and helps burn fat not the food you just ate. I read something interesting about "night eating" aparently they often have low melatonin levels. i don't know if you take that or not. i take 2 at bed with my L triptphan(spelling). If you have the book prescription for nutritional healing alot of interesting info under obesity.

Yes i am taking iodoral still. 3 a day(am,mid day,pm)I notice my body temp is alot warmer. i sweat more while excersising too. My body temp is almost to normal. I am on a perscription T3 for adreanals and isocort. The doc lowered my isocort to 3 am,2 mid day,1 late afternoon. My blood tested higher than he wanted for isocort. i have also changed my diet. No caffeene at all. I am eating 6 meals each day. These include a well ballanced diet od complex carb,fruit,veggies and protein.
