Hi! I am new to all thins. I see that you are familiar with the hcg protocol. I just received the hcg and am going to officially start next mon. I have a few very important questions that I hope you can answer for me. First of all I bought 6 ampules of 1500 hcg. I am planning to take 200 g injections everyday. How do I measure the bacteriolistic water with it? I bought viles, needles, syringes and the water and how do I do all the measuring? Also how and where do I give myself the shots? Do you have any good advice? I would absolutely appreciate it. I am in the dark here. Thankyou!

This is fun, what a great looking place. I grew up in MI until 6th grade, then WA til 19 then AZ for 20 yrs, (cuz I love to be outside.) TX for one and now NM. What a great way to meet people from other places. How did you do on Phase II, is it ok to ask, this is my first blog, community site, etc. My friend Farrah and I are really exicted about phase II. I will be excited to lose 20 lbs and totaly excited if I loose any more. What breeding? My neighbors in TX where Barbara Shulte and Tootie Lyons, have you heard of them? and now great friends. I helped Barb with some of her cutting clinics. Do you ever come out west? I rasied some cutting bred foals but it was to hard to let them go so I gave it up. Great talking with you and look forward to keeping intouch. Debbie

Hi symplynic,
I wanted to see how you were doing; checking in. Wanted to steer you toward a book that I think you could really benefit from if you are having some problems with periods. It is a book out by Suzanne Summers, the blonde on Three's Company. For a lot of women, it's all about the hormones, or lack of hormones. In the book, she interviews sixteen doctors about bio-identical hormones, not like the standard hormones most doctors prescribe for women. These hormones also help us to look young again and help to regulate our weight. I would highly advise you to get the book; it is called, "Ageless." I have learned so much from the book; she even details what causes most cancers in women and the doctors talk in terms that are easy to understand. I think this book is as important as the weight loss cure book; it even devotes chapters to men when they are going through andropause.
You may have some hormones out of whack, and bioidentical hormones will restore the proper levels back for you. Suzanne takes the bioidentical hormones; and just look at her, she is still very pretty. She tells about her experience with cancer, and how the bioidentical hormones gave her her life back.
Check it out; I have found it to be very helpful and informative. Your husband will thank you for it; he will even enjoy the part of the book devoted to men. As soon as I finish phase 2, (I have already had my blood work done for the bio identical hormone replacement therapy) and will start them after phase 2. I have already gotten the prescription filled.
Hope that you get the book; let me know if you do. I think it could help you out. Once you read it, you will know what I'm talking about.
Hope that you are doing okay; we have had an out of town guest, who isn't here anymore, and I have been babysitting. Tomorrow I have to go house hunting with my daughter and son in law to help them find a house at his new duty station. But it's a three hour drive, so I'm not looking forward to that.
Hope all is well with you and let me know what you think of the book if you get it.

Yes, I agree...it is too early for snow yet. 12 inches is a lot!

I love to travel, This year we have gone to San Diego, Toronto, Chicago, Calgary/Edmonton and Salt Lake City...in January I am heading to Texas (never been there before)

Snowmobiling is not something that I do, I don't like the cold!

degree in business...Cool! I have thought about doing my MBA...I now have a BCS and an MCS...of course my life experiences have now equated to lots of business.

Did you get snow last night? I was talking to someone in Toronto this morning and she said that it snowed a bit there...not much though.

For sure Environmental Biology would probably be good around that many lakes.

So what do you do in your spare time? Travel much?

That doesn't sound like much fun anymore...I love spending time with my family...I use to hae a small business that put me in that "work all the time" category...NOT ANYMORE! 8-)

I now develope people! I make people rich...in happiness, in health, in wealth and in relationships! It is very rewarding and truly an awesome feeling to watch and help people develop.

I am sure that you really enjoy the horses, but why do you do it if you runs your life?

Natural Skin Care

I would like to change to all natural skin care. Does anyone have any brands they suggest? I have oily skin and struggle with breakouts so I need something that works with that. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks!

Nic

Questions about Phase II

I have one more week of phase one but I wanted to ask a few questions about phase II. Is anyone doing these injections themselves or are you all under a Dr.'s care? I have full access to hcg because I give it to my horses during breeding to make them ovulate. (I know...very strange!) I would like to do this program at home and have my husband give the injections or just give them myself. Is this safe? Are you all getting 125 or 200 units?

Thanks for you help. I am very excited about st
