I would mix 2,000IUs with 2cc (2mL), then adjust the dosage to your needs. With that ratio .25cc per injection gives you 250IUs, .2cc gives you 200IUs, .175 gives you 175IUs, etc.
How's it been going? How much have you lost?
Is that a question or a statement? I don't think 2,000IUs is enough for 30 days. It only gives you about 66IUs per injection no matter how much water you mix with it.
Scratch my last post about the 2,000.... Im still using the 2,000 HUCOG and used 8cc b water to mix it... and I found I'm supposed to use 125iu. approx .5cc to start off with... Im still using a 5 to50 unit insulin syringe... What unit is that sup...

Everyone is different. Dr. S said everyone needed 125 IUs. But it has become very obvious that many need much more than that. The high end of the range is 250 IUs. I recommend you just begin at one end, high or low, and adjust from there if necessary. You will know because of hunger and/or slow weight loss. If you start low and need to adjust up, use 150 IUs for 2 days in a row. If hunger persists, use 175 2 days, then 200 for 2 days, and 225 for 2 days and 250. Someplace in there you will find your own best dosage.
So, for mixing. Using little insulin syringes, just mix 1cc bac water for EACH 1000 IUs. But since you have already done 8cc, . . . well, my recommendation would be to mix more hcg with it to make it more concentrated. I would use at least 1 more which would make 4000 IUs in 8cc. On my profile is a little chart for dosing. But for THIS mixture, just double the amounts: instead of 0.125 for 125 IUs, you would double it to 0.25 or for 200 it would not be 0.2, but 0.4 on the insulin syringe.
To add another 2000 to your vial, open the ampoule and use a little of your already mix hcg liquid to dissolve the new ampoule, you don't want to add even more bac water to it.
If you are going to do a 6 week round, you can add a total of 3 more ampoules to make 8000 IUs in your 8cc, but that isn't necessary. Doing just one will work fine and you can mix correclty next time.
