About Me:

I love animals and have several. I take care of them using the alternative health methods just like I do myself. Everyone in my family take vitamin/minerals to supplement what we're eating because I know the soils are all depleted, although I am working on helping to correct that too. I call myself an alternative therapist because of all the methods I use to stay optimally healthy (and for my animals as well). I do not want to mislead, because I do succumb to some food temptations, but I do what I can to counteract it. I did not list a favorite website because there are too many favorites. Favorite Music:

I like and enjoy lots of different types of music. If I want to sing along, then it has to be able to let me do this. If I want to dance to it, then, same goes.

Favorite Books

Many and varied. Informational - such as on health, health products, methodology (i.e. devices that can help). Books on animals. Books on mystery, science fiction, historical - as I said, many and varied. So no real "favorites."
