About Me:: i am a retired business manager with three grandchildren. i am a widow of ten years.my time is spent with my two sons and their families. i live in the country and used to grow two thirds of our food until i got disable to do so.i was an outdoors person and still am when i am able.i also enjoy music very much.

I think you are on the right path taking your health into your own hands. I think you need to look into going on a raw food diet. My ND told me organic raw food CAN STOP & REVERSE cancer. Check out drday.com- (I'm still checking it out myself) she had a grapefruit size tumor that she shrunk with raw foods.
