I think I have it made with the maintaining of my weight while on p3. I know that I need to watch the carbs more closely.
Anyway, we got back from our little outing and the silly bird is still doing its thing with our window. Our window is a mess and since its 2 stories up, I cant get to it myself and Rick shouldnt get on a ladder either so maybe I can get a son to do the honors and hang something up to scare the bird off and clean the windows. Hey all, sorry I haven't been online but life has been darn busy. I still eat whatever I want and still at 190. Some days I have a little gain but then it is gone the next day. I'll be able to focus more on myself soon and be able to work out hard, be active, and have a lot less stress in my life. WHEW!

I WAS GIVIN TO DIFFERENT DIETS. I WILL KEEP ON WITH THE ONE I STARTED WITH IS THE 2ONE.
The Diet 1.
The 500 calorie diet is explained on the day of the second injection to those patients who will be preparing their own food, and it is most important that the person who will actually cook is present - the wife, the mother or the cook, as the case may be. Here in Italy patients are given the following diet sheet.
Breakfast: Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of mi…

I was supposed to start my period day 10 or 11 of the protocol and have not started yet. I am now on day 16 going to 17 in a few hours. Do I just wait some more? My guess is yes.
Has anyone experienced this?????? Not getting a period while on injections. I am not upset in any way, just want to be sure this is normal, or at least hear that this had happened to someone else. I am enjoying no period so far and the opportunity to keep going on this wonderful weight loss journey.
Thanks,

...just wanted to record my weight. I'm starting to get excited about P2R3 and it's four weeks away. However, I'm still enjoying this phase very much. I'm especially enjoying wearing make up and face cream. Hmmm, I think that I enjoy wearing make up and cream more than eating! Ha1 I can't believe I just said that! LOL

Thought I better do an update.... been a little while.
So after day 36 we thought my husband was done with injections. I measured out what I needed to be the same with him and I was able to get 4 more injections out of the vial. I ALSO upped the dosage for the last ones to.... moving it from 175 to 200.
I was up a pound a Tuesday morning....
but as far as today goes...
Hubby is down 25 pounds
and I am down 20.2! I finally hit the 20 mark! My weight likes to go up and down so much it worries…

I was sooooo excited to see the scale this am. Everyone understood. I drank my famous lemonaide and no one even batted an eye. One asked, what are you drinking, that looks g…

Straight talk about universal healthcare
Dear Friend,
It's only April, but the rhetoric of the 2008 Presidential Campaign is already at fever pitch. This November, as in all election years, there are important issues at stake. One of them is the issue of socialized medicine or, to use the Democrats' latest euphemism for it, "universal healthcare." Universal disaster is more like it. The Dems do their best to put a positive, humanitarian spin on the idea, but the long-term ramifications would b…

Dear Lord,
today we pray for mothers - -
our own mothers, and mothers everywhere,
who have made such a major contribution
to the good qualities we have,
sometimes through genetics,
more often through great effort and patient instruction,
and who have done their best
to gently polish away our rough edges.
Lord, please bless our mothers
for the endless hours of time they spent
and the boundless energy they invested in us.
Bless our mothers for their sacrifices on our behalf

Okay, I’m only .4#s away from being two pounds up. I only had a small amount of protein yesterday and retained water (Turkey Sausage and ½ Chicken Cutlet.) Usually, I have triple the amount protein that I ate yesterday, and I only ate about 5G carbs—I usually eat 20. It’s amazing to me how not eating enough protein, like Simeons says, leads to water retention; hence, increased weight.

What I'm about to say is not a proven matter, it is simply my opinion only. So many things are being offered to us and as the health fad continues with organic, pesticides, chlorine, etc., I believe things will be offered to us under the disguise that it's healthy for us. The big thing on tv now is the word anti-oxidents. But we all know that most of what they offer is not what it seems. George Orwell has said that the biggest lies are lies of omission. The manifold manipulations of the Bush administration and its media mouthpieces bring this deception to a fine art. They skillfully manage our perceptions by selecting themselves as the sole “newsmakers” on important issues while avoiding any deeper context or greater truth.
Hidden from view are both drastic corruption and exciting possibilities that lie outside any serious consideration by the collective mainstream. But the con…

Chlorophyll Nature's Greatest Cleanser
One of the greatest food substances for cleansing the bowel and other elimination systems, the liver and the blood is chlorophyll, as found in all green vegetables, especially the green, leafy vegetables. The problem we find here is that food greens contain less than half of one percent chlorophyll. Alfalfa, from which chlorophyll is commercially extracted, has only 8 or 9 pounds per ton, about 0.2% when extracted, and alfalfa is one of the plants hi…
