Diets, diets and more diets... This diet - that diet.. I don't get it... If there was one magic diet out there everyone would be doing it rather than seeing all these different ways for weight loss.. And I am not saying they don't work.. I bet they all work to some extent. I just don't see where we lost plain common sense...... YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT..
How about a way to do it that is not only easy but one of the other benefits is more energy, illness prevention and just better health all the way…

I am currently on my second round of HCG with only 13 days remaining in Phase 2. During my 1st round which started last fall, I lost a total of 30 lbs but my phase 3 ended during the week of Thanksgiving. It was a horrible time to end the protocol. I ended up gaining 14 lbs back during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
This time when Phase 3 ends, it will be on April 28th which is a great time for me because I am very active during the spring and summer months. I have registered for severa…

1. If I continue Phrase One, indefinately, is it possible not to gain the weight back?
2. What is the almstead diet? Where can I find infomation about it on-line? Is it safe? Do you need a
doctor's supervision, to do it?
3. Tell me about the alternative to the injection? Do you need a prescription? What is it? Is it safe?
Thanks very much!!!

I plan to do start Phase One of the "Weight Loss Cure Prodical" for Lent this year. Out of necessity, I am going to HAVE TO make some some major modifications.
I have a permenent disability, I live off of social security, a housing voucher and mediaid. This means several things:
First, I do not have a doctor or licence health care provider on-board with my program. All of my doctors are not only against holisitic medicine, but have an ax to grind with it.
Second, I have limited funds do certi…

I got out of the Air Force in 1998, and I went from getting ready to test for my black belt in martial arts to this...

This was me before HCG when I weighed about 290lbs.
I actually gained over 130lbs in my first year being out of the Air Force! Let me restate that, I was about 170lbs in Dec 1998, and I weighed 260 by Jun 1999 and 307 by Dec 1999! That was my highest recorded weigh…

Dear Oprah:
The headline, 'Oprah 'Embarrassed' By Her Weight' for an article posted by PopEater/Wire Services on the Internet has prompted me to write to you regarding your comments in the January issue of "O" magazine that you weigh 200 pounds.
To your embarrassment and chagrin and in spite of all the professionals at your side, you have created the opposite of what you desire. Your chagrin and embarrassment is understandable, but is counter productive.
It is not your fault you have struggle…

Many people are still under the misguided assumption that reducing calorie intake is the solution to weight loss. Although calorie reduction can help with weight loss, calorie reduction alone will not result in the results you want.
When fewer calories are consumed, the body readjusts to a slower metabolic rate and burns fewer calories. Thus, there is little long term benefit.
In step 1 you will eat smaller portions but eat more often throughout the day. Having frequent meals is a sure way to…

In Naturopathic Doctor school we have a lot of emphasis placed on understanding the human body, and truthfully I have always been fascinated by its complexity…it truly stuns the intellect.
In 1 human lifetime:
You will grow 1,000 layers of skin.
Your nails will grow 7 feet.
You will lose 70 miles of hair from your head…
Your heart will beat 2,500,000,000 times!
If you rub your forearm briskly for a few seconds, 300,000 skin cells will come off of it. By age 70, you will shed 105 pounds of s…

The ability of water to disassemble and rearrange other molecules is essential to the chemistry of life. It does this by forming weak bonds with the other molecules. This is often why we refer to water as the universal solvent. Water is a perfect conductor of electricity and this becomes important in the day to day operation of our bodies. For example, the electrical potential is shared between the brain neurons through electrochemic

I can't believe I weigh that much. I weighed less pregnant with my childen. Getting old is not what it is cracked up to be. This will make it a lot easier.
The shot went sooo easy. What was I so worried about? If the diet goes that well it will be fantastic.
I tried to gorge my best today. Feel like a toad but lately that's what I feel like anyway, haha. Took all my measurements. Can't wait to lose even 10 lbs. Been a long time.
I have to remember to drink more, that will probably be the hard…

Today is my first day of the restricted diet on Phase 2 of the Simeons Protocol. So far so good. I'm not really hungry but I am craving the motion of eating. I need to do something to take my mind off of food. I do realize that I am a boredom eater--I eat cuz I am bored!
I only gained 1/2 a pound during the 2 days of gorging. I've read that some people gain up to 10lbs during those 2 days. I hope I gorged enough! I look forward to getting on the scale tomorrow to see what happens!
I had a larg…

Got to wear my new bathing suit at the beach today and it felt great! Haven't felt that sensual in public in a while. The water was very very cold but totally worth the trip. Started a nice tan and looking forward to a great beach season. Continuing on my weight lose journey and working toward my goal. Today was a great day! Thank you Isagenix!

Good News Today, despite being in the midst of a broken heart and wanting to sooth my sadness with Ice cream and Cake, I didn't do it! I lost another 2.6 lbs this week. It hasn't stopped the tears, but underneath the tissues there is a slight grin. Way to go Isagenix!

I started 31 days ago to lose weight. I had tried alot of different methods without avail. The best was Weight Watchers but I was never able to successfully get to goal. I was encouraged by a dear friend to try Isagenix and much to my surprise and satisfaction have finally found success. I am down 28 lbs in 31 days and remain on the program with a goal of losing another 30 lbs. I am halfway there and loving it. Down 2 sizes and not looking too…

I have posted a question in the forum under Simeons Protocol.....
Question is this....
If one goes over the 2 pound LIW limit by a lot... does the steak day only bring down a few pounds or can it correct the HUGE weight gain in one steak protocol?? Has anyone experienced a large increase??
If one is still not down with in the 2 pound limit of the LIW... the person we need to do another steak day the following day??
The book isn't clear... what if that were to happen.... what steps would one…

After steak day yesterday I am down 2.6 pounds.... putting me down to my LIW. . . .
After talking with my good friend who is on the beginning of Phase 2...... after reading KT's book . . . I agree with what she said, which is..... KT says to have fruit..... Why would we restrict ourselves of fruit now and then try to get our bodies use to the fruit later? The fruit is a natural sugar.... Yes it's high in carbs but it's a natural sugar and Simeon's and KT say no sugars or starches...... they do…
