Thanks for all who respond to my first blog. Right now, the Lord is keeping me away from citrus fruits so my face won't break out as much (I have Blood type O negative) also, because my body is already acidic so adding more acid will make it worse. I remember looking at this magazine at work and it was an article imforming people about why we can't always trust the "natural" label because what's in it and the packaging was not inspected by the FDA. A few mintues ago, I've washed my face using Burt's Bees facial scrub cream. I got a new bump right above my left eye-brow. Maybe it's because my period hasn't come yet. I've been eating as healthy as I can be eating veges roasted in extra-virgin olive oil, staying clear away from processed stuff, drinking tea from Botanics' Choice with honey, but deep down just doing these things isn't enough as I looked at my face with the same scars since high school.
