have a scratchy throat. today and have low energy. my selfish roomate always insists upon having the air blasting. Today I cheated big time during my blessed herbs internal cleansing kit. I not only ate non organic foods, but I ate pizza, white mac and cheese, and string beans. ok so maybe the string beans aren't such a concern. I am supposed to be eating lots of raw foods, and all. The cleanse says its ok to eat whatever you want, but for the quickest and strongest cleanse to eat raw, organic foods. so now I feel like such a failure after alot o hard work. I am sad.
