WHAT COULD I USE FOR retaining water.? PLEASE HELP I GAIN 7PDS IN 2DAYS :(

I started working out and drinking a bunch of water (a gallon a day) , and even if I am loosing weight but then i gain them. in 2 days i gain 7pds I want to know if I am retaining water. WHAT CAN I TAKE FOR THAT? Does anyone know? :( THANKS Continue
