Cholesterol nice and high? GREAT!
Too low? NOW THAT'S A PROBLEM...
I'm not just talking about raising "good" (HDL) cholesterol. I mean total cholesterol and I think it should be ABOVE 200.
It could save your life.
Yes, I realize that mainstream medicine has been ordering patients to lower their cholesterol more and more until they reach that "magic" range of 160.
But, I make sure my levels are always above 200, and I've outlived many of my mainstream peers––indulging in life's pleasures the…

Lightening your load
Q: I've read about heavy metal toxicity in several health publications, but when my doctor tested my blood, the results were negative. Does this mean I'm in the clear and don't need to worry about heavy metals?
Dr. Wright: Unfortunately, the blood tests used by most mainstream doctors are virtually useless (except in cases of acute exposures) for identifying heavy metals that are stored away in your body.
That's because toxic metals such as lead are rapidly cleared fro…

Over the years, Dr. Wright has found that rosacea is very often associated with low stomach acid production. And if testing shows you do have low stomach acid, you can often reduce or even eliminate the rosacea just by taking replacement hydrochloric acid with pepsin along with vitamin B12 and B-complex injections.
Recent research has linked a high percentage of rosacea cases with a bacterial stomach infection calle…

Worry-free solutions for those "worry lines"
Q: I read your response to the reader last week who wanted to know about natural anti- wrinkle injections. I'd like to smooth out some of my own "worry lines" but would prefer not to use injections of any sort. Are there any other options?
Dr. Wright: There is a natural topical treatment that may be able to help you get rid of wrinkles at least partially, if not entirely.
Within the last few years, it has been reported that a regular application of…

Russert's untimely death raises questions about how we're treating heart disease
Dear Friend,
You won't hear me say this often about anyone in mainstream media, but Tim Russert, NBC newsman and anchor of Meet the Press, was someone I respected. I took great joy in watching politicians squirm under his tough questioning. So, like most Americans, I was sad to hear the tragic news of his sudden death. After all, Russert was just 58 years old — relatively young by today's standards.
According…

If you are ever attacked by a shark, go for the eyes.
An Australian swimmer says he survived a mauling by a 16-foot shark by wrestling with the beast, finally getting free by poking it in the eye, according to a May 12 AP story.
The shark, believed to be a great white, seized Jason Cull by the left leg as he was swimming at Middleton Beach in southwestern Australia. The shark was one of three that swimmers reported seeing at the beach Saturday. Officials closed the beach after the attack.
Fro…

How, Why and When YOU should do a Gall Bladder Flush
I am thrilled to treat this subject, which is not one that I have spent much time on in the past. Really, I just did general, non-specific liver and gall bladder cleansing in the past and that seemed to work just fine. Then, I ran into a situation where I needed to do a more intensive gall bladder flush as I was cleansing out systemic toxins after a time of stress which led to illness.
I realized that my body showed every evidence of over…

Straight talk about universal healthcare
Dear Friend,
It's only April, but the rhetoric of the 2008 Presidential Campaign is already at fever pitch. This November, as in all election years, there are important issues at stake. One of them is the issue of socialized medicine or, to use the Democrats' latest euphemism for it, "universal healthcare." Universal disaster is more like it. The Dems do their best to put a positive, humanitarian spin on the idea, but the long-term ramifications would b…

I read an email article by Dr. David Williams. I want to summary what he had to said about mosquito problem. He said that eating garlic can repel insect. And if you don't like the smell of the odor, Dr.Williams suggest taking high B-complex vitamin. B-complex vitamin may not work for everyone.
He has some folks remedy that works. He said mix water with a drop of lemon dish detergent in a bowl and put it outside. Not sure if the lemon or the soap that attract the mosquito. But it will kill the m…

Why Positive Thinking Doesn’t Work
By Michael Masterson
One of the great fallacies in the self-help industry is the notion that you can change your life with "positive thinking."
The purveyors of positivism, starting with Napoleon Hill and including the people who now promote The Secret, contend that we all have, at our conscious disposal, the means to transform ourselves into walking, breathing success machines.
Some self-help gurus sell positive thinking because they know it is one of the m…

I come to believe that the communism nation don't believe in homeschool. I think that what this nation is turning into: communism under a different name. I believe that for the most part homeschool is a Christian movement. When parents see the evilness of student behavior in public school, why will parents want to risk their kid in this public school. The welfare of the kids the first thing to take into consideration. I was reading Dr. Douglass free email news letter that got me thinking about t…

Shocking news about the latest combo vaccine
Dear Friend,
For years, I've been sounding the warning about the potential dangers of vaccines. I've told you that their effectiveness is questionable, and their side effects unknown. And I'm sad to say that my warnings have finally come to pass. Recently, a Merck & Co. vaccine caused some children to suffer from fever-related convulsions.
The vaccine is called ProQuad, and it's a combination of the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and chickenpox…
