Day 5 had me down 0,6 pounds. I little disappointed (thought I would be losing more quickly at the start) but I do feel good. I have done cardio the last two days (30 min of spin followed by 30 min of infra red sauna). And, Ive been eating healthy foods. Still no sugar cravings. Only had some hunger pangs late in the day when I was out and needed to have dinner. Today, Im going to have my first apple mid meal and then with dinner. Have to force myself to drink more water. Im happy to have started on the diet...I know I can make my goal. Have a great day!

Hi Sheryl, I thought i would check on you and see how you are doing. I have gone through a slow time myself but continue to lose inches. Keep up the good work and NEVER be disappointed! Good Luck and when you are going thru a tough time just know you have friends that are thinking of you! For more water try putting a little lemon in it. It taste better and makes you 'go' more so you can drink more! ha

Keep it up Sheryl! I know what you aare going through......I still haver hunger....late in the evening..... and after 2 days with no loss in weight, I was beginning to have some negative thoughts. But then this am.....I was down 2 more lbs!
