Day 5 had me down 0,6 pounds. I little disappointed (thought I would be losing more quickly at the start) but I do feel good. I have done cardio the last two days (30 min of spin followed by 30 min of infra red sauna). And, Ive been eating healthy foods. Still no sugar cravings. Only had some hunger pangs late in the day when I was out and needed to have dinner. Today, Im going to have my first apple mid meal and then with dinner. Have to force myself to drink more water. Im happy to have started on the diet...I know I can make my goal. Have a great day!
